The BioTheRoS project held a successful workshop at the 8th Central European Biomass Conference (CEBC) in Graz.
Scheduled for January 21st, 2026 from 11:00 to 15:00 (CEST), the workshop explored the latest developments in thermochemical biofuel technologies, market trends, and sustainability perspectives for advanced transport fuels. Speakers contributed with insights from ongoing research, industrial practice, and international cooperation.
The session has concluded with an open panel discussion, featuring expert perspectives from across Europe’s biofuel sector, with contributions from IEA Bioenergy Tasks 33, 34, and 39, as well as ETIP Bioenergy and ICARUS EU Project.
